Refunds, Returns and Exchange:

At DeKulture, we take pride in offering handcrafted products created by traditional artisans from India. Each product is unique and may exhibit irregularities in weave, print, or stitching, which are inherent characteristics of handmade items and should not be considered as defects. We embrace the glorious uncertainty that comes with the beauty of handcrafted products.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we value the quality of our products and provide an exchange/return option for eligible product categories.

Eligibility:

  • The exchange & return policy is applicable only to purchases made through our official store(s) or inline store (www.dekulture.com) at full price (non-discounted/Non-SALE) within 30 days of delivery.
  • The following product categories are excluded from exchange/return:
    • Lighting & Decor
    • Tableware & Kitchen Products
    • Stationery & Gift Boxes
    • Prepacked/Customized Products
    • Jewelry

Exchange Process:

  • Exchanges will be considered for eligible items only if there is a manufacturing defect, as determined through a thorough Quality Check process, or if the received item(s) differs from its description.
  • Please note that this policy is not applicable to products purchased from our online store or any third-party platforms.

Return Process:

  • Returns are accepted for eligible items within 30 days of purchase, provided there is a manufacturing defect or a significant discrepancy from the item's description.
  • To initiate a return, contact our Customer Care team at +91 8769878355 or email us at info@dekulture.com within 30 days (60 days from the date of delivery/purchase).
  • Returned items must be unused and in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.

Damaged/Missing Items:

  • If you receive an item that is damaged, missing, or has a manufacturing defect, please inform our Customer Care team or email us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will promptly address the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
